"The Perfect Cup Awaits".
Master the ritual of brewing Supreme Gold Tea to extract every note of aroma, strength, and flavor.
"The Classic Strong Chai (With Milk)"
The Foundation: Bring fresh, filtered water to a rolling boil. (Avoid re-boiling water, as it loses oxygen and flattens the tea’s flavor).
The Steep: Add 1 heaping teaspoon of Supreme Gold Tea per cup. Let it boil rapidly for 2 to 3 minutes until the liquor turns a deep, rich copper.
The Blend: Add milk (a 60% water to 40% milk ratio works best for our Extra Strong blend). Add sugar to taste.
The Simmer: Lower the heat and let it simmer for another 2 minutes until it reaches a beautiful, creamy golden-brown hue.
The Pour: Strain from a height into your favorite cup to aerate the tea and release its full aromatic profile.

Pure Black Tea
To appreciate the unblended, pure characteristics of our high-altitude Valparai leaves:
The Boil: Bring water just to a boil (around 95°C / 203°F).
The Measure: Use half a teaspoon of tea per cup.
The Rest: Remove the water from the heat, add the tea, and cover it.
The Timing: Steep for exactly 2 to 3 minutes. Over-steeping without milk will release excess tannins and create bitterness.
The Finish: Strain immediately. Enjoy plain or with a single drop of fresh lemon to unlock its brisk, citrusy undertones.
Storage Matters
Oxygen and sunlight are the enemies of fresh tea. Once your Supreme Gold package arrives, transfer the tea powder into an airtight, opaque container and store it in a cool, dry place away from strong spices.
